Thank you so very much for an incredible first experience in Villa Marina. I am exceptionally happy with my new home and forever grateful to you both for facilitating the experience and making it something really special.
Aura, thank you for your attentiveness, for smooth negotiations and agreements, and for your continued support after sales. You have made the entire purchase process smooth and enjoyable. I am so happy to work with you and hope we continue working together on new investments in the future, should something present.

Frequently asked questions?
An agent who is authorized to open and develop his own agency. Every real estate office has a principal broker.
1. It was not repealed friendly countries as he said a few weeks ago. It was modified to ensure that from now on, people using the program must invest a minimum of 200,000 balboas (financed) in a residence or that they can use it if they have a formal work permit from a Panamanian company.
2. If a person is already in the friendly countries program prior to the new decree, he/she is not required to meet these new requirements in order to maintain legal certainty.
3. In Panama we were giving away residency to anyone and with these modifications we welcome foreigners seeking to invest.
4. In addition, Peru was included in the list of friendly countries due to the recent investment interest based on the current situation. Including Peru is an opportunity, but including it and leaving it open for almost 1 month meant giving away unlimited amounts of residency without having an investment as a counter benefit. What we need are immigrants who invest and contribute to our economy.
5. The immigrants you refer to who want to use friendly countries can pay $150 to advance their travel before August 7. If they don't have the money to be able to do that, I don't know if they are the immigrants we want.
If you are pre-qualified this means that you will POTENTIALLY be able to have a loan for the amount stated by you, assuming all the information you provide to the bank is true and accurate. This is not as strong as a pre-approval.
If you are pre-approved, this means that you have undergone the financial background check, which includes verifying your credit history, past income tax returns and verifying your employment and the lender is willing to give you the loan, it basically means that you are approved.
You will normally be provided with a chart showing the maximum amount you can be approved for. Most sellers prefer buyers who have been pre-approved because they know that I will not have any problems with the purchase of their homes.
